It is always nice to have an alternative to jeans,  or pants in general. Even wearing dresses all the time can be a little redundant. So, we thought that we would post about one of our favorite items, the "Fall/Winter" Skirt! Skirts are all the rage right now, and especially here in Southern Cali where the temperatures have barely dropped, adding a wool or thicker skirt to your outfit helps it feel varied and different. A yummy skirt can help you show a bit of skin (sexy!) and if you pair it with a chunky knit or jacket, you can warm yourself up quickly (score!)

Maxi skirts are of course one of our go-to items in general, but we usually reserve the flowy lengthy skirts for those summer months. Right now, for the cooler climate we are all about the short wool skirt that can add a bit of sass to any outfit. Try out a short fun version with a slit like Ken and pair it with a yummy oversized sweater and chunky boots for a very "Fall" appropriate overall look (this is both feminine and comfy at the same time). Or, go for a fuller wool skirt like Cas and let the skirt be the focal point of the outfit by pairing it with a simple tank and vest. To add a bit of color to your overall look (if it is mostly neutral) add a tribal clutch, and your outfit is complete. So stop {Skirting Around} the issue and go buy yourselves a couple of go-to Fall/Winter skirts.  You can wear them with tights as it gets cooler AND you can pair with something lighter when Spring shows it's face again!

X,
Ken&Cas
