We love any excuse to add a bit of detailing to any one of our outfits. The easiest way to do this, is by picking an item that has some sort of interesting stitching, embellishment, or really anything fun and eye-catching. You don't have to go for something too out-there, instead just try out a favorite staple of yours that maybe has a bit of embellishment - and voila, you have updated your otherwise laid back look a bit.

This is why, we both love the {Quilted} look! You can try out the look by finding a perfect quilted jacket, shoes or bag. It is probably best not to overdo it, so just stick to one big quilted item at a time. You can always mix quilted items like Ken, by making the jacket the center of the overall look but pairing it with classic suede quilted flats. Or, just go for the one stand-out item like Cas and pick a yummy quilted leather jacket that will pair nicely with anything else. We both chose to keep this look pretty casual, but you can easily dress it up by taking out your favorite quilted bag for an evening out!

X,
Ken&Cas
