Crochet for us is the perfect mix of girly and classic. We love how any clothing item can have crochet detailing or be made entirely in that style. The great thing about this type of needlework is that it gives a delicate touch to any item. We love being girly at times and therefore gravitate towards things that make us feel very feminine. Often we find ourselves wearing lace, but crochet is actually a great alternative to lace. Even more exciting is that a crochet piece has the ability of feeling less dressy than a traditional lace piece, which makes it very versatile (major score!).

We love how crochet has varying degrees of wearability. For example, you can choose a crochet dress like Ken in a fun color and pattern for a day out with your girlfriends. Try pairing something so eye-catching with muted/basic accessories in order to not overdo your look. Crochet is already very intricate so adding something else with a lot of color or detail will make the outfit look way too intense. Or, try out the crochet trend in a small way like Cas by choosing a piece that uses this type of needlework just to highlight detailing! This is a good way to try out this trend without over committing to it at the beginning. We know that once you try it out you will love having a {Crochet Kinda Day} every once in a while!

X,
